I just wanted to thank you for everything you have don for me with regard to my lip lift procedure. I never went into detail about the bullying that occurred through my teenage years, but it took me to a very dark place. This stayed with me throughout my life, and as a result made me extremely negative about my looks and very guarded when given compliments. I never quite believed anyone. You made me feel so comfortable during my consultation, and were so kind and understanding. You helped a very nervous person feel that she could be rid of an issue that has clouded her entire life. So although words will never be enough. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for being my literal saviour, and for giving me the opportunity to start living my life at the age of 48 years old.

I would like to thank you for undertaking this complicated operation. Thank you for the empathy you have given me throughout the process, there are no words that could express my happiness. As you know, my nose has been a huge barrier to self-confidence all my life. 1.5 years ago, I thought nothing would change. I thought, I will never find a surgeon who will be able to fix my problem.
